Which browser should I use?

The virtual conference site and live stream player are compatible with any of the main browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge). For best results, make sure you have the most recent version downloaded. 

The video won't stream, what do I do? 

First check that your internet signal is strong. You may need to reconnect your device to your WIFI or reconnect to an ethernet cable. Second, try to refresh your browser or close out of the window and re-enter the website. Third, try logging onto the site on a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge). If the issue persists, please reach out to [email protected] . 

Please Note: The livestream will only be available at the times designated on the schedule. If the live video is not playing at the time listed, please refresh your browser. 

How long will I have access to the on-demand videos? 

The on-demand videos will be available until October 11, 2021. After the livestream content has ended, recordings will be posted to the site and will be available for the same time frame.
